The Board of Directors is the governing body for Mountain Shadows RV Resort and are homeowner's within your community.  Members of the Board are not compensated and serve in a volunteer capacity. Among some of the important roles of the Board of Directors is to manage the business affairs of the association and enforce its governing documents.
